Club Curator

Hi everyone,

The Club is looking for a curator at Harry Trott Oval for 2013/2014.  

Peter Behrens, regarded as the best curator in the BDCA, is stepping down from the role after many years of service, and we thank him for his outstanding contribution.  The wicket square at the ground has never been better, and for that we have Peter to thank.

The curator role involves the following:

- top dressing the square in late September
- maintenance of the wicket table through the cricket season, including watering and fertilising
- overseeing the covering of the wicket square each week
- rolling and preparing a wicket for each weekend during the cricket season

The curator is provided with all of the tools available to carry out the role, and a remuneration package is attached to the position.
